The triplex apartment of No. 30 enjoys a roof top vista to the former Bank of Ireland Head Quarters bronze cladding.
The subterranean component of the scheme hides a duplex apartment which stretches upwards to catch a slice of sky behind a cast insitu sunken courtyard.
